Once you finish giving it a name you will be back in the tuning setup menu and your achievement should unlock here. The name is irrelevant since it is usually the GT you are getting this from. Go down to the save option and hit "save to new setup slot." Hit right into the setups menu and highlight Create new setup. Hit right then on the bottom you should see X Check Ghost Setup. There are plenty of other races that have setups like this, this was the first one I found. In the time writing this there is two people in the top ranks who has the same trial I am looking for. I used the Daytona International Speedway Tri-Oval with the McLaren F1. Pick a gamer with both tuning setup and ghost and add it to your time trial indicated on the left side. You are looking for a track and vehicle in which another person not only has a record on it but has also used a tuning setup indicated by the wrench and has a ghost. First things first you want to go to time trial.
